I hate it when people tailgate .......especially when you have a line a mile long in front of you and the dumb idiot behind you thinks you are going to move for him/her. The law in CA. is that you are not suppose to tailgate and you need to give yourself enough distance from the car in front of you to stop. ICG	No, the wreck is not your fault. The driver behind you is at fault. Why? For the simple fact that LEGALLY, he/she is supposed to be 1 car length away from your bumper for every 10 mph. cdf-rom	"Driving to endanger" is tough to prove. Most rear-enders are the fault of the person doing it. If they were travelling as a safe distance and speed, they would have been able to stop.
