pay it forward	Most people learn by getting a ticket or an accident or killing someone. Do you need something like that to teach you or can you just do the right thing? I would just pay attention. I would leave early for things so I am not runny late & then want to hurry. I would tell myself that no matter what everything is in perfect divine right order meaning where I am is where I am supposed to be so there is no point of hurrying. I drive by the speed limit & when I see a speeder I love to see how they are all hyper & then they race by & at the redlight I have taken my time & end up next to them or get ahead of them. philipscown	Contact your local police force (or google) to identify driver training courses in your area. I'm told by people who've been sent on these that they are effective. Contact the Institute of Advanced Motorists and get trained by them. When driving listen to calm music, more Mozart, less thrash metal. There has been research showing a link between heavier kinds of music and fast driving. Don't drive hung-over (this also makes people drive too fast), and DO allow enough times for journeys.
