High speed chases in city limits?
someone in my town was killed because of a high speed chase. what i'm asking you is if you think high speed chases should be legal in city limits-why ot why not?
Usually high speed chase within city limits are not permissible. The high speed chase are backed off in cities as officers know they are at risk of endangerment. But when it is on the part of punk's trying to prove something, usually police will intervene with road blocks if possible and safe. Within city limits it is in some places 30 miles per hour, or 50 kl per hr.Laws are not meant to be broken. They are there to protect. The same applies for DUI.
