I am going to be 18 in a month, so i am a Junior Operator. so i was driving down my road and there is a street that comes off of it. The bus was on this side street and my neighbor had already gotten off the bus and proceeded to go to the car. I couldnt see the buses stop sign so i hesitated on whether or not i should go or not but i did anyway. i was driving under the speed limit and i was no where near the bus, but she honked at me. after all of this when i went down near the end of my road i had gotten a phone call so i pulled over (stupidest thing i could have done). the bus driver creeped up behind me and had gotten my licese plate number
(This is in MA)
if she reports me
1) What can happen in this situation?
2)Do the cops just take her word for it and send me a ticket?
3) Since i am under 18 what will happen?
4)how worried should i be about this
i am out of high school and i commute to college i am so worried that i will loose my licese. should i be worrid of that?

To be honest you could be ticketed because you were not paying attention and by this I mean that you should never assume when you see a bus...you should stop and yes they will take the word of the bus driver.

if ticketed, go to court and show the judge a diagram like in your link and the charges will be dropped...
really sounds like the bus driver is a loon...

Na you shouldnt be that worried. lol The WORSE thing that probably could happen is that you may get a ticket. If the cops think its that important then they will call you and get your side of the story. Just be honest. But probably nothing will happen, they will let it go. YOU WONT LOSE YOUR LICENSE. Hope things go good for you. Oh and next time DONT STOP lol =)

The worst that can happen is the cops may reprimand you, although nothing will probably happen. Since the incident was not witnessed by an officer, they cannot write you a ticket unless you admit to any wrong doing. You will not lose your license or get a ticket.

Even if they get your license plate number, there is no way they can know who was in control of the vehicle.

Admit nothing, deny everything, demand proof.
Don't talk to cops, don't admit to even driving your car that day. The fact that someone copied down your tag number only proves that they can work a pencil.

if you PASS a schoolbus flashing red lights you can get a ticket, matter of fact you SHOULD get a ticket. You don't "accidentally" pass a bus flashing reds, you aren't paying attention.
"pass" as in going past the bus, along the side you are on the same street as the bus.
if i understand your diagram, you continued forward, passing the street to your left where the bus is stopped? Your fine.
